Our latest family members’ satisfaction survey showed that we were rated as “Excellent” across all ten categories.

At Arlington House, we always listen and act on any feedback as we constantly look to improve our service. Our annual satisfaction survey is a key measure of how we are doing, and the 2024 results showed that we were performing very well across all elements of our service delivery.

We were delighted to receive a 100% “Excellent” rating in overall impression, quality of care, quality of staff, communication, management and maintenance.
